Pearl Diver Bronze and Lucite Pearl Diver, is an exceptionally successful combination of Bronze and Lucite which take a grate deal of expertise to combine. Jeff’s vision of a mermaid is that she is a warm blooded mammal. This allows for a sultry smooth body and adds to the success of her warm patina against the blue Lucite water. I generally don’t concern myself with scale relationships within a sculptural piece, in that respect the piece becomes a little surreal. |
